Flow Meter for AdBlue® MID Approved

The European Directive 2014/32/EU, better known as Directive MID (Measuring Instruments Directive), is a community norm responding to reasons of public interest, safety and order, environment protection as well as preventing consumer from false measurement, of levying taxes and duties and of fair trading. All these application, which directly and indirectly affect the daily life of citizens in many ways, may require certified measuring systems subject to legal verification. The MID MI-005 involves measuring systems for continuous and dynamic measurement of quantities of liquids other than water, among those also AdBlue®/DEF/AUS32.
The Flexbimec flow meter series “MIDBlue” for AdBlue® comply with Metrological Standards and requirements concerning accuracy as defined in the a.m. Directive and can be used therefore as approved meters also in legal transactions.

Encased dispensing kit for AdBlue®, composed of 230 VAC – 250 W selfpriming electric gear pump, art.no. 6132, with pump body and gears in KEVLAR®, air separator kit, patented, approved according to OIML R117-1, art.no. 1152, pump pulsation damper, pressure switch, 3 m – EPDM delivery hose ø 1/2” , EPDM – suction hose ø 1/2” with special adapter for connection to the bottom valve of the tank and electronic oval gears flow meter for AdBlue®, approved for fiscal transactions according to MID MI-005, directive 2014/32/EU.

Same kit as art.no. 6730MID, but with 12 VDC – selfpriming, electric pump, art.no. 1052, and air separator kit, patented, approved according to OIML R117-1, art.no. 1151.
On demand:
– dispensing kits art.nos. 6730MID and 6731MID can also be supplied with a suction hose and SEC/CDS – suction coupling instead of suction hose ø 1/2” with special adapter for connection to the bottom valve of the tank;
– thermal printer (art. no. 8854), required for printing a ticket of each individual dispense.

Mobile dispensing kit for AdBlue®, composed of 12 VDC – selfpriming, electric pump in stainless steel, art.no. 1052, air separator kit, patented, approved according to OIML R117-1 in stainless steel, art.no. 1151, pump pulsation damper, pressure switch, EPDM – connecting hose ø 1/2” for connection pump – suction tube, plastic suction tube with non-return foot valve and bung adapter for fi xation on drum, electronic oval gears flow meter for AdBlue®, approved for fiscal transactions according to MID MI-005, Directive 2014/32/EU, art.no. 2739, thermal printer for printing a ticket of  each individual dispense, 2 m – EPDM delivery hose ø 1/2” and automatic shut-off dispensing nozzle for AdBlue®, art.no. 6729.
The unit is completely autonomous thanks to an included 12 VDC high performance battery.
