Art. 8558

Stationary pneumatic grease supply kit for 180 kg – drums with hose reel, installed on a “Tank Service Base” unit. Compared to a system installed on the wall, the system which is mounted on the “Tank Service Base” unit also includes a spill containment pallet for the drum storage with a self-supporting structure forming a “lubrication island” that can be placed in any location of a workshop.
The composition is the same as the one of art. no. 4995, but completed by a “Tank Service Base” unit for 1 drum with the selfsupporting structure consisting of 2 steel rails and 2 steel panels for the installation of the components (art. no. 8525).

Stationary ram hoist for grease with bedplate, consisting of a special pump lifting device suitable for pneumatic piston grease pumps, series POWER BULL, and a grease compacting system that works based on a pneumatic circuit which is activated by a control valve.

This unit is used when the grease has a high degree of viscosity or is very dense due to low temperature and therefore is difficult to pump. Suitable for the use with all grease pump models of series standard, TWDE and IFP (except art.no. 4043).

In the standard version the kit includes a pneumatic 50:1 – grease pump of the standard series.

On demand also available with other pump models.

Versions for the use with pails and drums are available.

Art. 4999/200INP

Stationary ram hoist for grease with bedplate, consisting of a special pump lifting device suitable for pneumatic piston grease pumps, series POWER BULL, and a grease compacting system that works based on a pneumatic circuit which is activated by a control valve.

This unit is used when the grease has a high degree of viscosity or is very dense due to low temperature and therefore is difficult to pump. Suitable for the use with grease pump models art.nos. 4046 – 4047 – 4048 – 4049 – 4050 – 4051.

In the standard version the kit includes a pneumatic 50:1 – grease pump, art.no. 4049.

On demand also available with other pump models.

Mobile pneumatic grease sprayer kits, suitable for the application of grease or similar lubricants on mechanical parts or surfaces for protective purposes. For example these kits are suitable also for applying underseal agents for protective undercoating.
The kits consist of a 25:1 – pneumatic grease pump, metal drum cover, follower plate, 3 m – high pressure hose SAE 100 R2 AT, 1/4“, for grease and 3 m – hose for air, with thermo – retractable cover, control gun including lance with twin outlet for the injection of air and spraying nozzles.

Low level pump stop kit for grease, suitable for 180 kg – drums, consisting of:
– Metal drum cover, ø 600 mm, with connection cables junction box;
– Follower plate, ø 590 mm, with rubber edge;
– Probe with contactless sensor;
– Solenoide valve for compressed air;
– Acoustic alarm device;
– Electronic control switch with transformer 230 VAC – 24 VDC, switch ON/OFF – START, indicator lamp in case of empty drum and bypass push button which allows to continue the grease flow again after the pump has been stopped

Stationary grease supply kit with electronic dosing system CONTROLLER 5.0 that allows the preselection of the grease quantity to be supplied. This unit is suitable for industrial applications in which a recurrent precision of a dosage is required on points and in sections that are running continuously and need a constant flow of lubricant. The unit includes also a timer and a data recording of the dispensed amount.
