Art. 9001
The single post service column (totem) is a convenient, solid and multifunctional working equipment for workshops; it meets the contemporary demands for the improvement of working conditions and safety, combining those with a notable esthetical aspect and a high functionality. Due to its self – supporting structure it can be set up in any place of the workshop, offering various possibilities of personalization through the selection of its components. The service column allows to concentrate various components and equipment in only one point, such as for example:
– from 2 to 6 encased hose reels, art. no. 9013, for the supply with oils, antifreeze etc. or for the suction of waste oil can be installed on the upper mounting panel of the column which already is supplied with the necessary holes for the fixation. There can be mounted hose reels with hoses of max. 15 m length (oils, antifreeze etc.) or 7 m length (recommended length for waste oil suction),
– the installed hose reels can be transformed into a hose reel battery to improve the esthetical aspect of the unit by using the plastic casing elements to be applied between each hose reel as well as on the extreme left and right one (art. nos. 9780 – 9781 – 9779),
– 2 hose reels art. no. 9400 + 3615 with 15 m – hose, suitable for the use with air and/or water (low pressure) can be installed in the interior of the upper part of the column,
– 2 electric cable reels with 15 m – electric cable and flash light (art. nos. available on demand!) can be installed in the interior of the upper part of the column, – 2 electric switchboards, art. nos. 7380 – 7381 – 7382 (depending on the composition of the equipment) can be installed on the side of the column,
– 2 connections for compressed air (one on each side) with quick couplings, pressure regulators with manometer, condensation water separator with or without lubricator (art. Nos. 7180 – 7150;) can be installed on the column,
– 1 full width drip tray with gun holders is mounted in the center of the column; the tray also includes hooks for the fixation of control guns and hoses,
– Cabinet with lockable door at the bottom of the column; this cabinet is provided for the installation of a waste oil suction unit (art. nos. 8300 – 8302 – 8303) inside, with a pump activating switch and a vacuum gauge in the lower center of the column,
– Other electronic components, f. ex. the control units of an electronic monitoring system, can also be installed on the column. The single post service column consists of components in painted steel, it has a max. height of 2750 mm and the sizes of the column (L x W) are 500 x 450 mm.
It has a self -supporting structure so that the equipment can also be set up in locations with walls that are not suitable for installing such equipment (f. ex. gypsum plasterboard, glass wall) or where no walls are close. This system is highly adaptable to the individual requirements of the customer.
It is also possible to integrate components that have not been included in the initial installation at a later date. It can be supplied in any colour according to the RAL – colour record in order to blend well with the colours of other equipment in the workshop and to be in accordance with the CI of the different car manufacturers.
The set up of the service column is easy and convenient and can be done quickly. Also eventual modifications or amendments can be made later without any problem due to the various openings which are reclosable at any time with the included metal covers.

The double post service stand is a convenient, solid and multifunctional working equipment for workshops; it meets the contemporary demands for the improvement of working conditions and safety, combining those with a notable esthetical aspect and a high functionality. Due to the installation of the hose reels on the lower side of the crossbeam of the stand frame the use from both sides is possible.
The required space in width is limited to only 490 mm. Due to its self – supporting structure the service stand can be set up in any place of the workshop, also in locations with walls that are not suitable for installing such equipment (f. ex. gypsum plasterboard, glass wall) or where no walls are close (f. ex. in the center of a workshop, between two working places with lifts or between two service pits). It is offering various possibilities of personalization through the selection of its components and allows to concentrate various components and equipment in only one point, such as for example:
– From 3 to 8 encased hose reels, art. no. 9013, for the supply with oils, antifreeze etc. or for the suction of waste oil can be installed on the lower side of the crossbeam which already is supplied with the necessary holes for the fixation. There can be mounted hose reels with hoses of max. 15 m length (oils, antifreeze etc.) or 7 m length (recommended length for waste oil suction). On demand also other versions for a different quantity of hose reels or with hose reels of other hose lengths are available,
– Metal shelves for the storage of spare parts, tools etc. in which can also be installed up to 4 hose reels for compressed air and/or water, art. no. 9400+3615 (see page 198!), or up to 4 electric cable reels with flash light (art. nos. available on demand!). These are mounted in between the drip tray and the floor and allow to use also the space between the two posts of the service stand.
– A metal cabinet with two lockable doors can be installed around the metal shelves. It consists of a metal ground plate, one or two (depending on the individual requirements) lateral plates, each with a door component and a central stop post (totally 4 doors) as well as a front plate (prepared to be mounted under the drip tray) with integrated roller guide assemblies for hoses or cables.
– The installed hose reels can be transformed into a hose reel battery to improve the esthetical aspect of the unit by using the plastic casing elements to be applied between each hose reel as well as on the extreme left and right one (art. nos. 9780 – 9781 – 9779;).
– 2 electric switchboards, art. nos. 7380 – 7381 – 7382 (depending on the composition of the equipment) can be installed on the sides of the service stand. – 2 connections for compressed air (one on each side) with quick couplings, pressure regulators with manometer, condensation water separator with or without lubricator (art. nos. 7180 – 7150; ) can be installed on the service stand.
– 1 full width drip tray with gun holders is mounted in between the two posts of the stand, under the hose reels. The tray is equipped with a grate which also includes hooks for the fixation of control guns and hoses. The external sides of the tray are declined so that the oil from oil filters which are eventually put on the grate can flow off.
– Other electronic components, f. ex. the control units of an electronic monitoring system, can also be installed on the service stand
The double post service stand consists of components in painted steel, it has a max. height of 2800 mm and the sizes of the posts (L x W) are 80 x 490 mm. The system permits the connection to a pipe system arriving from above (wall or ceiling mounted pipes, compressed air pipes) or arriving from the ground. It can be supplied in any colour according to the RAL – colour record in order to blend well with the colours of other equipment in the workshop and to be in accordance with the CI of the different car manufacturers.
