Pressure Sprayers

Sprayers with container in painted steel or stainless steel for the spraying of detergents and low viscosity lubricating oils. The units can be used autonomously after a pressurization of the container with compressed air at 3 – 7 bar pressure. The delivery depends on the used nozzle. All units are equipped with a security valve calibrated at max. 7 bar. It is recommended to pressurize the container again when 4/5 of the total capacity have been dispensed.

Mobile pressure sprayer, composed of two wheels trolley with transportation base for plastic cans, pneumatic 1:1 – stainless steel piston pump, suction hose, Rilsan® spiral hose length 7.5 m, spray gun and lance with nozzle.

Art. 3385 FOAMER SPRAYER HYDRA

Foamer and sprayer unit HYDRA, wall-mounting version, designed for the mixture of water with detergents and for the generation of foam at low pressure. These systems are an alternative to the classical pressure sprayers and offer the following advantages:
– Suction of the detergent directly from the can with the pure fl uid guarantees a high autonomy in work;
– The included switchboard allows an accurate adjustment of the mixing proportion between detergent and water.
The unit is composed of a pneumatic 3:1 – stainless steel piston pump, spraying gun, spray lance with nozzle, 10 m – polyurethane hose, diameter 8 x 12 mm, with connections in stainless steel, cabinet in stainless steel AISI 304 and wall-mounting bracket.

Art. 3335

Portable pressure sprayer, with 230 VAC – electric pump in stainless steel including adjustable pressure switch, suction hose including non-return valve for the direct suction from the plastic can with the fluid and 5 m – spiral hose, spray dispensing nozzle and lance with nozzle. The sprayer guarantees a high operational autonomy. Optionally it is also possible to combine this pressure sprayer with a hose reel of series EASY ROLLER (art.no. 9400+3615 or also 9401+36620) in order to extend the spraying area up to a distance of 20 m.
